When it came time to custom design & building their own homes in recent years, they were shocked by how chaotic, unstructured, and opaque the process was in residential projects. By applying their knowledge and skills, the build was completed successfully, on time, and true to the design vision, while many similar projects faced delays, simplified outcomes, or have been completely abandoned. This process should be exciting and fun for everyone.

That experience sparked a mission: to create Forceen, a structured, design-first pre-design platform that helps homeowners plan smarter, avoid costly errors, and design & build beautiful homes with confidence.
