what are the shipping methods & costs?

The shipping method for each product is determined by considering factors such as its size, weight, and material(s). Shipping costs are calculated based on the item size, item weight, postcode and selected shipping method.

To determine the shipping cost for your order, add the items to your shopping cart and enter your postcode. An estimated shipping cost will be displayed. The final shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process before you make the final payment.

If you choose local pickup, you can inspect the item at the time of pickup and avoid shipping costs. After you complete your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. The email will include information regarding Pickup Verification and Pick-up Information. Once you or your representative have picked up the item, it cannot be returned or refunded.

shipping outside australia

Currently, Forceen only offers delivery within Australia. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or locations outside of Australia, although we are working towards expanding our shipping options. As we strive to become a global brand, we are working hard towards offering cost-effective worldwide delivery soon.

If you reside outside of Australia and something caught your eye, you may wish to consider shipping it to friends, family, or a shipping consolidator within Australia, and they can forward it to you. To do this, you must use an Australian address for shipping address when setting up your account.

Please note that all sales are final 48 hours after your order is delivered to your designated Australian address.
