Return Policy
Order Cancellations
We always try our best to accommodate your requests, but we recognize the importance of timing. This is our cancellation policy:
Customised & Made-to-Order
If you have placed an order for a customised item or a made-to-order item, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
Free Local Pick-up
If you have purchased a new, ready-to-ship item, or a preloved, vintage, or antique item for local pickup, you may cancel it any time prior to the collection date.
Other Items
For all other items, you can cancel your order until the seller packages or possesses the item. However, cancellation requests are subject to approval, and we cannot guarantee cancellation if the item has already been packaged for delivery.
Shipped Items
If an item has already shipped, you may attempt to stop the delivery and return it to the seller. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
If you are unable to prevent delivery, you can refuse the order upon arrival, and it will be returned to the seller. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred and any outstanding cost will be deducted from your refund.
How To Cancel An Order
To initiate a cancellation, email us at support@forceen.com and include your Forceen order number and the reason you wish to cancel.
Change of Mind
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's our change of mind returns policy:
Customised & Made-to-Order
For customised and made-to-order items, all sales are final after the 24 hours cancellation period of placing the order.
Free Local Pick-up
For orders of new, ready-to-ship items, and preloved, vintage, and antique items with free local pickup, you must inspect and either accept or refuse the item at the time of pickup. Once you have possession of the item, the sale is deemed final.
Other Items
To obtain a refund on all other items (ready-to-ship new, preloved, vintage, and antique items), please notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. This is to ensure that both the customer and the seller are satisfied.
If you change your mind and return a product within 3-14 days of receiving it, we will give you a Forceen store credit less any additional costs for returning the item e.g., shipping, or restocking fees.
Please note that a limited selection of other items may be noted as non-refundable for change of mind in the returns and cancellations section of the product description, so please read this section carefully before making a purchase.
Approved Return Costs
On approved returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping. Customers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition.
Faulty Items
We want to ensure that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase on Forceen and will process all returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please notify Forceen immediately if your item:
- Arrives damaged, broken, or not fit for purpose.
- Is not of acceptable quality, condition, or performance.
- Is entirely different to what you purchased.
- Does not arrive.
To report a faulty item, please email us at support@forceen.com and include:
- The reason for the return
- Your Forceen order number
- Your phone number
- Photos of the faulty item and packaging

Report A Problem During Delivery
Please notify Forceen immediately if you believe that your purchase was damaged in transit. We will follow up as appropriate. You will receive a full refund upon completion of the claims process.

- Your Forceen order number
- Your phone number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

How To Return An Item
When contacting us to initiate a return, please contact us at support@forceen.com and include:
- The reason for the return
- Your Forceen order number
- Your phone number
- If the item arrived damaged or faulty, photos of the item and packaging.
Once we review your return request, we will contact you with further instructions.
To receive a refund or store credit, the item being returned must be in its original condition. We may deduct from the refund amount if there is any damage that did not occur during transportation. Once we confirm the safe return of the item, we will process a refund or store credit for the purchase amount, minus any outstanding charges for which the customer is responsible.
